- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

- 1 tablespoon gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of your pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, add the cooled coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
